These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our website or purchasing any product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

“You”, “your” means any individual who accesses our website or purchases our products or services.

Our products and services are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older.

  1. Our Website and Platform

Our website is hosted on Kajabi. Certain functionality (including payments, content delivery, scheduling, and communications) is provided by third-party service providers.

Your use of the website is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy.

  1. Our Products and Services

We offer:

  • Digital educational products (one-off purchases)
  • Subscription-based educational products (monthly recurring fees)
  • 1:1 coaching services
  • Group coaching or educational calls (including live sessions)

Sessions may be delivered using tools such as Zoom, WhatsApp, or similar platforms. Scheduling may be facilitated using tools such as Calendly.

Descriptions, pricing, and access details are set out on the website at the time of purchase.

  1. Nature of Services (Important)

All products and services provided are educational and supportive in nature.

They do not constitute:

  • Medical advice
  • Psychological or therapeutic treatment
  • Legal advice
  • Financial advice

You remain fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.

  1. Accounts and Access

Some products or services require you to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login details confidential
  • Not share access with others unless expressly permitted

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.

  1. Pricing, VAT, and Payments
  • Prices are displayed on the website.
  • Prices for Irish and EU consumers are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal.
  • We do not store or process payment card details.

For subscriptions:

  • Fees are charged monthly in advance
  • Subscriptions continue until cancelled by you
  1. Digital Content, Subscriptions & Access

Digital content is typically made available immediately after purchase.

For subscriptions, access continues for as long as subscription payments remain active.

We reserve the right to update or improve digital content over time.

  1. Consumer Rights and Cancellation Policy 

Statutory EU Consumer Cooling-Off Rights

If you are an EU consumer, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at [email protected] before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Where cancellation is validly exercised within this period and no services have yet been provided, a full refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Request for Services to Commence Within the Cooling-Off Period

By booking a coaching session scheduled to take place within the 14-day EU cooling-off period, you expressly request that the service begin during that period.

You acknowledge and agree that once the coaching session has been delivered, your statutory right to cancel is lost.

This operates alongside our standard 48-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy.

Important exception for digital content and services

By purchasing digital content or coaching services from us, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that:

  • Once access or delivery begins,
  • You lose your statutory right of withdrawal,
    in accordance with the European Union (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013.

This consent is obtained at checkout.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

One-off digital products

  • Non-refundable once access has been provided

Subscriptions

  • You may cancel at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Coaching services - Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no charge.

  • Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited and are non-refundable.

  • Missed sessions are considered delivered and cannot be refunded.

  • Late arrivals do not extend the scheduled session time.

  • Exceptions may be made at the coach’s discretion in cases of illness or other exceptional circumstances.

  1. Group Calls – Code of Conduct

When participating in group calls, you agree to:

  • Act respectfully toward others
  • Maintain confidentiality of other participants
  • Not record sessions without permission
  • Not engage in disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour

We reserve the right to remove participants from group calls without refund where conduct standards are breached.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website and services is our intellectual property or licensed to us.

You may:

  • Access content for personal use only

You may not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, resell, or share content
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works without permission
  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website unlawfully
  • Attempt to interfere with site security or functionality
  • Share access credentials
  • Misrepresent your identity
  1. Privacy and Cookies

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Our use of cookies is governed by our Cookie Policy and managed through our cookie consent banner.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim
  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to services where:

  • These Terms are breached
  • Payment obligations are not met
  • Use of services is unlawful or abusive

Termination does not affect rights accrued prior to termination.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The version published on our website at the time of your use or purchase applies.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
