LIFESTYLE MEDICINE

Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach to health focusing on the everyday behaviours that have the greatest impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. 

Lifestyle medicine focuses on six key areas namely: Nutrition: Physical activity: Sleep: Stress management: Social connection and  Avoidance of risky substances.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what helps people thrive. Instead of focusing only on what’s wrong or what needs to be fixed, positive psychology explores the factors that support wellbeing, resilience, meaning and fulfilment. 

It’s not about “positive thinking” or ignoring difficulties. Instead, it’s about understanding and strengthening the psychological skills and resources that help people cope, grow and flourish.

COACHING

Coaching is a supportive, collaborative, future-focused process that helps you create meaningful change in your health, work or life. It offers a dedicated space to pause, reflect and gain clarity.

Rather than being told what to do, the coach acts as your "thinking partner".

Coaching empowers you to discover what works for you by  exploring what matters to you, identifying what’s getting in the way, and supporting you to take realistic steps forward.

I'm a positive health coach, mentor, mother, wife, dog-owner, UK-qualified lawyer (not currently practising!), Pharmacology PhD, small business owner and founder. Life is busy and I'm here for the people feeling that stretch; I feel it too. I'm passionate about supporting people to:

  • Take responsibility for their own health
  • Be empowered to make the changes they have been longing to make (in a realistic way)
  • Build confidence in their ability to sustain the changes they make

Health Coaching Structure

All sessions are delivered privately online. How to begin:

Step 1
Book and attend a 30 minute Introductory Consultation

Step 2
Book and attend a 90 minute co-creation of health plan session

Step 3
Book and attend a 60 minute Implementation Session. Repeat step 3 as required. Clients typically require a minimum of 3-5 implementation sessions. Some clients prefer longer sessions; in this case the longer session can be booked.

All sessions are booked individually. You maintain flexibility and control.

1. PRIVATE INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

30 mins/€75

A focused conversation to clarify your goals and determine whether this is the right fit.

You will leave with:

  • Insight into how coaching would support you
  • An initial understanding of your health priority/(ies)
  • A clear next step

This ensures the coach can provide you with resources to meet your needs, and that the next session is intentional and aligned.

SCHEDULE INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATION

2. CO-CREATION OF HEALTH PLAN

90 mins/€225

This is the foundation session.

This session focuses on understanding what matters most to you and creating a personalised health plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and priorities. Together we will co-create a structured, personalised health plan.

You will leave with:

  • A prioritised action 
  • Realistic behavioural shift(s)

This session sets direction and creates momentum

BOOK HEALTH PLAN SESSION

3. IMPLEMENTATION SESSIONS

60 mins/€150

Ongoing sessions focus on refinement, accountability, and progression.

  • Review implementation
  • Address barriers and resistance
  • Adjust strategy as needed
  • Strengthen resilience and consistency
  • Expand capacity gradually

Coaching evolves as you do. Clients typically require a minimum of 3-5 implementation sessions.
