Hormones, stress, a mind that won’t switch off at 3am. The sleep advice you’ve read wasn’t designed for this season of your life. I’m building something that is.

The problem

If you’re lying awake at 2am running through tomorrow’s to‑do list, waking drenched in sweat, or getting up exhausted no matter how early you went to bed, you already know this isn’t just about “better sleep hygiene”.

What worked in your early thirties often doesn’t touch what’s happening now.

Most sleep advice and programs aren’t built with midlife hormones, a sensitised nervous system, or the particular kind of exhaustion women experience in this stage. 

This program is addressing that.

 - What’s actually happening in your body in perimenopause and beyond 

- How your thoughts, stress, and nervous system keep sleep out of reach 

- Practical routines that fit into a real, already‑full life

 - Why sleep changes in perimenopause and menopause, and what you can do about it 

- What to do when you wake at 3am and can’t get back to sleep 

- The hormone, lifestyle, and nervous system connections nobody really explains

Who is teaching?

My name is Shauna Garvey, I am a Masters-level qualified Positive Health Coach who works with women who are juggling careers, family relationships and responsibilities, and constant tiredness. I know this territory from the inside as well as professionally.

Over the past 3 years, I’ve helped women navigate the physical and emotional shifts of midlife. Again and again, sleep shows up as one of the most draining and most under‑served parts of that journey.

 This programme is being built from real research, real conversations, and a belief that you deserve more than generic “sleep tips” that don’t fit your life.
